Boot Camp workout for 3-12-2014

Warm up: 25 squats, 50 jumping jacks

Mobility work: 20/20/20 x 3 – arm circles, overhead half squat, Cossack lunges

5 rounds:
10/10 Kettlebell push press (or jerks if you can do them right)
10 slam thrusts
200 feet bear crawl

Finish: 20 box jumps
