Boot Camp Workout for 3-11-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 20 squat thrusts, run – 500 yards

“Platoon”
4 Rounds for time:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 dumbbell rows
  • 20 roll-up sit-ups
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 200 yard run

Finish: :20/:10, x5: Hindu push-ups, bicycles
