Warm Up: 0:50/0:10 x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Lunges, Squat Thrusts

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Jump Squats (A – Weighted)
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 15 Slamballs (A – Slam Thrusts)
  • 15 Skull Crushers
  • 15 Chin Ups

Finish: 25 Box Jumps

Chin ups can be done anywhere!
