Warm-up: 1:00 each x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Squat Thrusts, Mountain Climbers, 0:30 Break

4 Rounds:

  • 10 Decline push-ups
  • 10 Flies on the ball
  • 40 Oblique medicine ball twists
  • 20 Kettlebell High Pulls
  • 20 Frog squats

Finish: 20/10 x 5 – Slamballs & Prone Rows
