Boot Camp Workout for 2-8-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 100 jumping jacks, 50 lunges, 25 push-ups

5 Rounds:

  • 10 lunge curls
  • 15 slam balls
  • 10 sets wind shield wipers
  • 15 box jumps

Finish: 30 dips, A – work on ring dips
