Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x3: skiers, cross body mountain climbers, slam balls

FGB Style, 1:00 each, x5 rounds:

  • shoulder press
  • squat thrusts
  • KB Swings/Snatches, 1-handed, switch at :30
  • Jump squats
  • v-crunches

Finish: 30/10, x4: rear lateral raises, bicycles
