Warm-up: Movement; 20 squat thrusts, 20 frog squats

TABATA, 20/10 (8×8):

  • burpees
  • lunges
  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • mountain climbers
  • chest press
  • jump squats
  • prone rows
  • med ball crunches

Finish: 30 knee tuck jumps, A – work on double unders
