Warm up: 10 squat thrust, 50 JJ

18:00 AMRAP

  • 10 push ups
  • 10 reverse rows
  • 10 Slamballs
  • 10 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 10 half burpees (double mountain climber)

Finish: 20/10 x 6 chest press burnout

Mandatory stretching after burnout!
