  • 10 Curl & Press
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings – each side – Advanced do Snatches
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 10 Wallballs
  • 50 Bicycles

Finish: 6:00 ABS – 0:30 each – Suitcase Crunches, Toe Touch Crunches, Knee Tuck Crunches
