Boot Camp Workout for 2-27-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 20 lunges, 20 push-ups, x2

5 Rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press
  • 60 bicycles
  • 10 front/side raise combo
  • 10 jump throughs/20 knee tuck crunches
  • 1 hallway bear crawl

Finish: 20/10, x4: nasties, Kettlebell swings, flutter kicks
