Warm Up: 50/10 x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Fast Feet, Mountain Climbers

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Diamond Push Ups
  • 12 KB Rows – each arm
  • 12 Floor Presses
  • 24 Reach Crunches
  • 24 Squat Thrusts

Finish: 36 Kettlebell High Pulls
