Warm-up: Movement; 30/30/30/10, x3: jump squats, mountain climbers, push-ups, rest

4 Rounds:

  • 10 squats
  • 12 chin-ups
  • 15 box jumps
  • 20 weighted reach crunches

Finish: 3 sets leg cranks
