Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x5: high knee jog, frog jumps

4 Rounds:

  • 10 wall ball
  • 30 oblique twists
  • 10/10 Kettlebell swings, 1 handed, A – snatches
  • 30 toe touch crunches
  • 15 jump squats

Finish: 20/10, x5: fast feet, mermaid dips, mermaid dips, plank jacks
