Warm up: 25 squat thrusts

5 rounds:

5,10,15,20,25 push ups
10 pull ups
25,20,15,10,5 dumbbell flies
10/10 Kettlebell high pulls

Finish: 20/20/20 x 5 sets HKJ/mountain climbers/half burpees
