Boot Camp Workout for 2-11-2013

Warm-up: Movement; 30/10, x3: high knee jog, frog squats, jumping jacks

4 Rounds:

  • 15 push-ups
  • 15 dumbbell rows
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 30 ABMAT sit-ups
  • 30 kettlebell high pulls

Finish: no rain: run – park
Rain: 30/10, x4: kettlebell swings-single hand, kettlebell swings-single hand, jump squats for height
