Boot Camp Workout for 12/31/10

*HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE!!!* GOING OUT TO PARTY TONIGHT IS NO EXCUSE NOT TO WORKOUT TODAY! IN FACT, YOU SHOULD BE WORKING EXTRA HARD FOR ANY EMPTY CALORIES YOU MAY CONSUME TONIGHT FROM ALCOHOL. JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME INFO, A GLASS OF CHAMPAGNE HAS 95 CALORIES IN THAT LITTLE 4 OUNCE GLASS! IF YOU HAVE TWO GLASSES OF CHAMPAGNE IT WILL TAKE YOU AROUND 15 MINUTES OF JUMPING ROPE NON-STOP TO BURN OFF THAT BUBBLY!

WU: RUN! (depending on the weather, it’s suppose to be nice out!) – or – circle drill 2:00/:30 x 3

Circuit – Tabata – 20/10 – 8×8

  • Jump Squats
  • Bicycles
  • Squat Thrusts
  • Skull Crushers
  • Lunges – weighted
  • Leg Raises
  • KB Swings
  • Curls

Finish: Partner Sprints – or – 30 Tire Jumps
