Warm-up: movement; 100 mountain climbers

5 Rounds:

  • 12 chest press
  • 24 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 24 windshield wipers, A – 12 floor wipers
  • 12 pull-ups

Finish: 20 burpee box jumps
