Warm Up: 0:15/0:15 x 3 – Jump Rope, Squat Thrusts, Slamballs

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Thrusters
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Windmills each arm

Finish: 0:30/each x 4 Rounds – Kettlebell High Pulls, Lunges, Scissor Kicks
