Warm up: 30/10 x 3 – jumping jacks, high knee jog, skiers

4 Rounds:

  • 15 Body Builders
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 15 Flies on Ball
  • 10 Pull Ups

Finish: 0:30 each x 4 – high knee jog, kettlebell swings, plank
