  • 50 Squats
  • 150 Bicycles
  • Run 500 yards
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings – each hand
  • Run 500 Yards
  • 25 Skull Crushers
  • 25 Sets Overhead Plate Lunges
