Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x3: fast feet, 1/2 burpees, lunges

6 Rounds:

  • 12 total seesaw press
  • 24 knee tuck crunches, A – 18 weighted
  • 12 plate circles
  • 24 squat thrusts

Finish: 30 overhead squats with plate
