Warm-up: Movement; 25 jump squats, run – daycare

4 Rounds:

  • 12 burpees, A – 12 burpee box jumps
  • 12 box jumps
  • 12 flyes
  • 36 leg raises
  • 24 Kettlebell high pull

Finish: chest press burnout, :20/:10, x6
