Warm Up: 30/10 x 3 – Squats, Jumping Jacks, High Knee Jog

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Burpees
  • 36 Oblique Twists
  • 12 KB Rows – each side
  • 12 Slamballs

Finish: 40 Kettlebell Swings
