Warm Up: 0:20 each x 4 – Squat Thrusts, High Knee Jog, Toe Touch Crunches, Rest

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Shoulder Presses
  • 24 Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 12 Windmills – 6 each arm
  • 12 Bunny Hops

Finish: 0:30 each x 2 – Crunches, Leg Raises, Oblique Twists, Flutter Kicks
