Warm-up: 30/30/30, x4: fast feet, squats, rest

4 Rounds:

  • 15 straight leg dumbbell deadlifts
  • 15 chin-ups
  • 60 weighted reach crunches
  • 15 box jumps

Finish: 50 Kettlebell swings
