Warm up: 20 lunges each leg, run – park

4 Rounds:

20 Thrusters – B x 15
100 Bicycles – B x 50
20 Plate Circles – B x same
20 Kettlebell High Pulls – B x same
20 Leg Raises

Finish: Multi Position Plank
