Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, 25 Squats, Run – HT3 (No Rain), 50 Squat Thrusts (Rain)

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Kettlebell Push Presses – each arm
  • 24 Windshield Wipers
  • 12 Overhead Plate Raises
  • 24 Slamballs

Finish: 30 Wallballs
