Warm-up: 20/10, x3: fast feet, knee tuck jumps, mountain climbers

5 Rounds:

  • 10 decline push-ups
  • 10/10 1-arm row
  • 30 medicine ball reach crunches
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 30 Kettlebell high-pulls

Finish: burpee minute
