Warm-up: 20 each: lunges, squats, push-ups

5 Rounds:

  • 12 pike/handstand push-ups
  • 24 knee tuck crunches, A – knees to elbow
  • 12 rear lateral raises
  • 24 plank jacks
  • 24 jump squats

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x5: mermaid dips, mermaid dips, mountain climbers, rest
