Warm Up: 20/20/20 x 5 – Jumping Kacks, Squats, Mountain Climbers

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Decline Push Ups – Beginners can do floor push ups
  • 20 Prone Rows
  • 20 Slam Balls
  • 10 Reverse Rows

Finish: 3:00 Sprawl Drill
