Boot Camp Workout for 11-12-2012

Warm-up: 30/10, x3: squat thrusts, bicycles, knee tuck jumps

6 Rounds:

  • 12 burpees
  • 12 reverse rows
  • 12/12 Kettlebell high pulls, 1-handed
  • 24 weighted oblique twists

Finish: 30/10, x3: high knee jog, Hindu push-ups
