Warm Up: 45/15 x 3 – Jump Rope, Jump Squats, Box Steps

B=4  A=5 Rounds:

  • 12 Deadlifts
  • 12 Box Jumps
  • 36 Oblique Twists
  • 12 One Handed Kettlebell Swings – each side

Finish: Partner Leg Throws 5×5
