Warm Up: 1:00/15 x 2 – Jumping Jacks, Toe Touch Crunches, Frog Squats

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Thrusters
  • 24 Side Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 12 Windmills – 6 each side
  • 24 Side Knee Tuck Crunches
  • 12 Overhead Plate Lunges – 12 each side

Finish: 30/30 x 5 – Squat Thrusts/Shadow Stance
