Warm Up:  30/10 x 3 – Squats, Mountain Climbers, High Knee Jog

3 Rounds:

  • 15 Fly’s on ball
  • 30 Suitcase Crunches
  • 15 Slamballs
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups

Finish: Run – Park
