Warm Up: 20/20/20 x 3 – Jumping Jacks, Jump Squats, High Knee Jog

4 Rounds:

  • B = 10, A = 20 Diamond Push Ups
  • B = 50, A = 100 Bicycles
  • B = 10, A = 20 Back Raises
  • 15 Flies
  • 15 Reverse Rows

Finish: 30 Slam Balls
