Boot Camp Workout for 10/21/11

Warm Up: 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Mountain Climbers, 25 Squats

5 Rounds:

  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 50 Bicycles
  • 10 Sets Back Step Lunges – with kettlebell
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: Sprints!!! Maybe the last sprint finish for the year depending on weather!
