Boot Camp Workout for 10/19/11

Warm Up: 300 yard 4-way Run (B = 200 yards)

B = 4, A = 5 Rounds:

  • 20 Wallballs
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 20 Sumo High Pulls
  • 20 Outside Mountain Climbers

Finish: 30/30 x 5 – High Knee Jog, Abs (Bicycles, Crunches, Cross Knee Crunches, Cross Knee Crunches, Leg Raises)

Advanced: 20 Pike Push Ups or work on Hand Stand Pushups

Leg Raises at PRIDE Conditioning
