Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x3: fast feet, knee tuck jumps, push-ups

4 Rounds:

  • 12 chest press
  • 12 Kettlebell high pull, each hand
  • 24 weighed reach crunches
  • 12 chin-ups
  • 24 squat thrusts

Finish: 30/10, x6: Hindu push-ups, ABMAT back raises
