Warm-up: 30/10, x3: high knee jog, squats, push-ups

5 Rounds:

  • 10 flyes on ball
  • 20 sets plank jacks
  • 30 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 20 knee tuck jumps, A – 10 double unders

Finish: 20/20/20/20, x4: plyo or explosive push-ups/prone rows/plank
