Warm-up: movement; 20 jump squats, run – park

4 Rounds:

  • 10/10 Kettlebell push press, singles
  • 20/20 1-leg toe touch crunches
  • 15 slam thrusts
  • run – 100 yards

Finish: 30/10 x 6 rounds each – Kettlebell swings 2 hands, plank
