Warm-up: Movement; 20 Burpees

4 Rounds:

  • 12 Decline push-ups
  • 18 prone rows
  • 60 oblique twists
  • 12 reverse rows
  • 60 mountain climbers

Finish: 20/10, x4: kettlebell high pulls, nasties, push-ups
