Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x4: jump squats, jumping jacks, bicycles

5 Rounds:

  • 10 lunge curls
  • 20 v-crunches
  • 10 chin-ups
  • 20 knee tuck jumps, A – 10 double unders

Finish: leg cranks
