Boot Camp Workout for 10-10-2012

Warm-up: Movement; 25 squat thrusts

5 Rounds:

  • 10 shoulder press
  • 20 leg raises, A – 10 toes to bar
  • 15 Kettlebell swings, each hand, A – snatches
  • 25 jump squats

Finish: 20/10, x4; toe touch crunches, fast feet, oblique twists
