5 Rounds:

  • 10 Deadlifts (BB)
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 15 Skull Crushers
  • 10 Chin Ups

Finish: 20 Seconds each x 4 Rounds – Squats, Kettlebell Swings, Box Jumps, Rest
