Warm-up: 30 squat thrusts

5 Rounds:

  • 10 wall ball
  • 50 oblique twists
  • 5/5 wind mills
  • 20 knee tuck crunches
  • 20 jumping lunges

Finish: 20/10, x5: shoulder press, plank, plank
