Warm-up: Movement; 20/10, x3: high knee jog, lunges, Burpees

4 Rounds:

  • 12 flyes
  • 12 kettlebell row
  • 60 bicycles
  • 12 pull-ups
  • 24 jump squats

Finish: 30/30/30/30, x5: push-ups, 1/2 Burpees, mountain climbers
