Warm-up: Movement; 30/30/15, x4: squat thrusts, jumping jacks, rest

5 Rounds:

  • 10 dumb bell shoulder press
  • 30 med ball reach crunches
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • 60 oblique twists
  • 20 frog squats

Finish: 20/10, x5: squats, plank, plank jacks
