Warm-up: Movement; 30/10, x3: box jumps, push-ups, skiers

4 Rounds

  • 10 squats
  • 15 box dips, A – weighted or ring
  • 20 leg raises
  • 25 squat thrusts

Finish: 30/30/30/10, x3: Kettlebell swings, Hindu push-ups, duck walk, rest
