Warm-up: Movement; 30 squat thrusts

5 Rounds:

  • 10 pike push-ups/ handstand push-ups
  • 10 floor wipers, 3×3
  • 20 Kettlebell high pulls
  • 20 slam balls

Finish: 20/10, x6: shoulder press, bicycles
