Warm-up: Movement; 30/10, x4: high knee jog, squat thrusts, jump squats

5 Rounds:

  • 12 burpees
  • 12 dumb bell rows
  • 24 knee tuck crunches
  • 12 pull-ups
  • 24 jumping lunges

Finish: chest press burnout, 20/10, x6
